What is DailyBee?

DailyBee is an application that is posing as a helpful tool but in reality, is considered to be a potentially unwanted application (PUP). It provides you with a shortcut to Wikipedia, directly from your desktop. While it does seem convenient, it is nothing more than adware. There is an official site where you can download DailyBee but if you do not remember doing so, you probably got it by not paying attention when installing software downloaded from the Internet. DailyBee will expose you to loads of scam advertisements that will make you regret not taking the time to uninstall DailyBee.

How did you get DailyBee

You can download DailyBee from its website – dailybee.timeapp-studio.com. If you chose to still use DailyBee despite the warning, we suggest you pay close attention during the installation process. If you go through the installation in the Default settings, chances are you will end up with loads of adware, which will expose you to domains full of various kinds of malware. Instead you should use Advanced or Custom settings. It is a program you do not want to have and we suggest you remove DailyBee.

If you did not intend to download DailyBee but still ended up with this PUP, you probably downloaded free software and went through the installation process in Default setting. We advice you to always use Advanced or Custom settings when installing software from the Internet in order to avoid problems.

Why should you remove DailyBee?

DailyBee claims to want to make the world smarter by making access to Wikipedia easier. It creates a shortcut to Wikipedia and makes it autorun on startup but the autorun can not be turned off unless you erase DailyBee from the computer. The real purpose of DailyBee is to expose you to intrusive online ads. If you happen to click on one of those ads, you might end up with malicious software making home on your computer. Therefore, DailyBee removal is recommended.

DailyBee also tracks what you do on the Internet. Your search queries, history of websites visited, it all might be sold to third parties to generate ads. Then you will start getting loads of intrusive ads and pop ups that might lead you to websites with viruses and you might end up with a serious infection. One more reason to delete DailyBee.

How to delete DailyBee?

We strongly recommend you do not keep the program on your computer and uninstall DailyBee, whether you got it intentionally or not. DailyBee removal is possible both manually and automatically using anti-malware software. Instruction on how to manually get rid of DailyBee will provided bellow.
