Remove MPC AdCleaner

What is MPC AdCleaner?

MPC AdCleaner, also known as More Powerful Cleaner, is an application that is promoted on its official page as a tool that can help you get rid of various advertisements flooding your browsers. It is compatible with all web browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and others. The software was developed by DotCash Limited. It is classified as a potentially unwanted program for several reasons. If you have never wanted to acquire the application and it ended up on your computer without your notice, you should terminate MPC AdCleaner right away.

How does MPC AdCleaner work?

MPC AdCleaner is by no means a malicious program. It has an official website, where it can be downloaded, and it has positive features. However, it is also known that the application may get installed onto your computer without your approval. If you downloaded and installed MPC Cleaner, which also belongs to the same company, it may have automatically installed additional apps like MPC AdCleaner onto your computer. It may also have changed your browser settings switching your home page and default search provider to Search.mpc.am. You should be able to restore your browser settings manually, if you wish to go back to your original preferences.

Another way that the software gets distributed is through unreliable websites. If you acquire the application in a malicious software bundle containing a fake update or a bogus media player, you will be bound to notice various unwanted symptoms. You may start encountering adverts while surfing online. Some of these ads will be fake. Clicking on fake advertisements can lead to malware infections, financial losses, personal data disclosure to unreliable sources, and so on. You may also experience redirects to unsafe pages, Internet and system slow downs, as well as other issues. If you start noticing any of these symptoms after the program’s arrival, you should not waste any time and delete MPC AdCleaner as soon as you can.

How to remove MPC AdCleaner?

MPC AdCleaner removal may be somewhat complicated. You can try to uninstall MPC AdCleaner manually via Control Panel. If you have any issues with the manual removal option, you should opt for automatic removal instead. This is a more reliable solution to your problem. If you download a reputable anti-malware utility and scan your computer with it, you will be able to eliminate MPC AdCleaner and other unwanted files and programs from your system. In addition to MPC AdCleaner removal, you will also provide your PC with real-time online protection and other beneficial features that come with the security tool.
