About FlowSprit

FlowSprit is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that may be to blame for your slower than usual computer. If you have noticed the strange program appearing on your screen, it is most likely connecting to various websites and opening various ads in the background. FlowSprit

PUPs cannot enter the computer without your permission and thus are attached to freeware as extra items to ensure that they do get that permission, without you even knowing. If attached items go unnoticed during freeware installation, they are allowed to install alongside. To prevent these unwanted installations, you need to manually deselect them. This peculiar program is the most likely reason why your computer suddenly became slower than normal thus you should not hesitate to delete FlowSprit.

Why is FlowSprit removal necessary?

Users usually allow these kinds of potentially unwanted programs to enter their computers. The way it happens is, the PUP is attached to free software that you download from the Internet and is set to install alongside. When installing freeware, it is important that you manually prevent the added items from installing alongside. This is done by deselecting the items in Advanced or Custom settings of the freeware installation process. Since all you have to do is uncheck a couple of boxes, using those settings does not take any extra time. If you continue rushing through installation processes in Default settings, do not be surprised if you end up having to remove FlowSprit or similar all over again.

Once this PUP is installed, FlowSprit will pop-up on your screen. In the background, the unwanted program will connect to the Internet and access various web pages. It will open the ads found on those pages but will not show them to you. It will all happen in the background so you might not even realize what is going on. The most likely reason for this is generating revenue. Seeing as it does not benefit you in any way, you should uninstall FlowSprit as soon as you notice its presence. Your computer and Internet will become much slower because the ads put a strain on the device. If you go to Task Manager, you will also notice that two unfamiliar processes are running, Sys.exe, data.exe and jingling.exe. Overall, FlowSprit might be generating income from ads while you get nothing beneficial in return. We suggest you do not hesitate, and delete FlowSprit as soon as possible.
