How did the infection install?
These kinds of threats are added to freeware as extra offers. They are set to install alongside the freeware, and in order to prevent their installation, you need to deselect them. Choose Advanced or Custom settings when installing freeware, and a list of added offers will become visible. If you realize that something has been added to the freeware, deselect the box(es). We recommend deselecting all of the boxes, as those items will bring nothing good. And if you do not deselect them, eventually, you’ll end up having to remove Glawheejoushpush.com or similar over and over again.

Pop-ups will be especially irritating because they will interrupt your browsing over and over again. They might appear on all browsers you have installed, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. And there is not much you can do about them, to get rid of them permanently, you will need to uninstall Glawheejoushpush.com. Until you do so, you might be getting all kinds of ads, which will become personalized over time. Nevertheless, be careful when interacting with them, or don’t do it all.
