Step 1. Uninstall Fake Google Crash Handler and related programs.

Remove Fake Google Crash Handler from Mozilla Firefox
- In the top right corner of the screen, press menu and choose Add-ons (or tap Ctrl+Shift+A simultaneously).

Uninstall Fake Google Crash Handler from Safari (Mac OS X)
- Access the menu.
- Pick Preferences.
