It looks like a customized search engine and gets distributed with the help of free software bundles. The hijacker is compatible with all well-known web browsers including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
It is aimed at web traffic generation, and it achieves this aim by showing you altered search results, inserting ads into your browsers, redirecting you to sponsor sites, and so on. The hijacker does not improve your online browsing experience in any way. That is why we suggest that you terminate Govome as soon as you can.
