NetStream Removal Tips

You may not remember installing NetStream onto your computer, because it most likely arrived with other freeware or shareware. The application is classified as potentially unwanted and ad-supported. It does not add any beneficial features to your browsers, instead, it just floods them with adverts.

The reason this happens is because the software is aimed at generating revenue for its creators by employing the pay-per-click system. Since you do not benefit from it in any way, we urge you to remove NetStream as soon as you can. Once you terminate the adware, you will be able to go back to uninterrupted Internet surfing.

NetStream adware-How does NetStream work?

As it has been mentioned above, the program uses the bundling method of distribution, which means that it gets installed together with other free third party software. Usually, it is presented as an additional offer in the wizard. You can decline this offer, however, you can only do that if you install freeware in the Advanced or Custom installation mode. Make sure that is what you do the next time you deal with freeware or shareware.

Here are some of the symptoms that you are likely to notice, if you have the NetStream adware on your computer: various adverts popping-up on your screen no matter which sites you visit, redirects to the program’s sponsor sites, slower than usual Internet connection and system speed. The most important thing for you to know is that the application does not endorse the content that it shows you. This means that you will be exposed to fake ads. If you do not wish to deal with the consequences of falling for a scam, you should avoid all advertisements until you delete NetStream from your computer completely.
