About this PUP
PC Smart Cleanup is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that is advertised as a system optimizer. It’s one of those tools that claims to speed up your computer by cleaning it. The reason it is considered to be a PUP is because it can get into your computer without your permission. It may be attached to free software as an additional offer, and if you do not notice it, it would install.
Once it’s inside, it will scan your computer for issues, and when it finds something, it will ask you to buy the full version is in order to be able to solve those issues. Remove PC Smart Cleanup from Windows 8
Right-click in the lower left corner of the screen. Once Quick Access Menu shows up, select Control Panel choose Programs and Features and select to Uninstall a software.

Click Start → Control Panel → Programs and Features → Uninstall a program.
Delete PC Smart Cleanup from Windows XP
Click Start → Settings → Control Panel. Locate and click → Add or Remove Programs.
Remove PC Smart Cleanup from Mac OS X
Click Go button at the top left of the screen and select Applications. Select applications folder and look for PC Smart Cleanup or any other suspicious software. Now right click on every of such entries and select Move to Trash, then right click the Trash icon and select Empty Trash.
