About this program
PC SpeedCat is a system optimization tool, classified as a potentially unwanted program (PUP). It’s one of those programs that claims to be able to speed up your computer by getting rid of junk files. It will supposedly fix various issues on your computer, which will also help improve its performance. A lot of programs of this kind falsely inform the user that their computer has serious issues and then ask that the user pays money to fix them. While paying for a program is nothing unusual, those programs are known to make up issues or make minor ones seem very serious, thus they are deceiving the user.

How does it install?
The bundling method was probably used if you cannot remember installing the program. That method is basically adding unwanted programs (hijackers, adware, etc.) to freeware and settings them to install alongside by default. You will actually have to pay attention to how you install a program if you wish to prevent something from installing alongside it. Step 1. Uninstall PC SpeedCat and related programs.
Remove PC SpeedCat from Windows 8
Right-click in the lower left corner of the screen. Once Quick Access Menu shows up, select Control Panel choose Programs and Features and select to Uninstall a software.
Uninstall PC SpeedCat from Windows 7
Click Start → Control Panel → Programs and Features → Uninstall a program.
Delete PC SpeedCat from Windows XP
Click Start → Settings → Control Panel. Locate and click → Add or Remove Programs.
Remove PC SpeedCat from Mac OS X
Click Go button at the top left of the screen and select Applications. Select applications folder and look for PC SpeedCat or any other suspicious software. Now right click on every of such entries and select Move to Trash, then right click the Trash icon and select Empty Trash.
