There is no malware, your information is not being stolen, and Microsoft has not blocked your computer. All of this is just a ruse to trick you into calling the shown number.

If you were to call the fake tech-support number, you would be connected to professional scammers pretending to be Microsoft technicians. They would first inquire about the issue and then request to remotely connect to your computer. If you grant them access, they will pretend to diagnose the issue and fix it. While the scam is going on, they may steal your information or even lock the computer. In the end, they would request that you pay a few hundred dollars for the services they provided to you. If they lock the computer, they would refuse to unlock it unless the payment is made.
