About Hp Device Monitoring.framework issue
A couple of days ago, Mac users from all over started reporting that they are receiving Apple alerts saying “Hp Device Monitoring.framework will damage your computer” with options “Show in Finder” and “OK”. No matter what users do, the pop-ups will keep appearing over and over again, which, according to some users, makes the computer essentially unusable. Similar issues appear to be reported by Amazon Music app users as well. The issue seems to affect only Mac computers that have Catalina and Mojave OS, High Sierra and older versions do not appear to be affected by this. 
Hp Device Monitoring.framework is not some kind of malware, and belongs to HP printers. The pop-up appears to be shown by Apple’s XProtect, which is part of Apple’s security system Gatekeeper. Gatekeeper acts like an anti-virus and identifies/disables malware. A Mac blogger Howard Oakley has suggested that the message appears because macOS is checking the HP printer’s signature but is being told that its signing certificate has been revoked.
The Register later reported that the issue originated when HP Inc asked Apple to revoke its printer driver code-signing certificates.
“We unintentionally revoked credentials on some older versions of Mac drivers. This caused a temporary disruption for those customers and we are working with Apple to restore the drivers,” HP Inc later told The Register.
How to solve Hp Device Monitoring.framework error
The issue will likely keep happening until an update is released. But fortunately, both HP and Apple are aware of the issue, so it should be fixed soon. - In the top right corner of the screen, press menu and choose Add-ons (or tap Ctrl+Shift+A simultaneously).
