Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl seems to be a false positive, detected by Windows Defender as a Trojan. Multiple users report that they start getting alerts from Windows Defender when they start installing certain programs. One user on Reddit reports that he/she got the Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl alert when installing DeepSound, while another claims that the warning popped up during the installation of an old game, Triptych. Other anti-malware software on the computer should not detect it, which implies that it is a false positive.
