PremierOpinion is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that monitors your Internet activity in the background. The PUP is advertised as an online market research tool that basically allows users to voice their opinions without actually participating in surveys. If you’re wondering how that would work, the PUP would be constantly monitoring what you do on the Internet. 
So if you are aware of this program being installed, you’re willingly allowing someone to spy on you in exchange for nothing. The program will not display advertisements or pop-ups, it’s not really intrusive in that regard but considering that it’s spying on you, we doubt you want it to stay. Especially because it could have entered your computer without you knowing. It might have been added to freeware as an extra offers, and because you did not deselect it, it was allowed to install. Step 1. Delete PremierOpinion virus using Safe Mode with Networking.
Remove PremierOpinion virus from Windows 7/Windows Vista/Windows XP
- Click on Start and select Shutdown.
- Choose Restart and click OK.
- Start tapping F8 when your PC starts loading.
